We are born trusting ourselves and as we grow up that trust is given away and forgotten. We rely on others to tell us what to do, do dictate what our lives should look and feel like, and we forget that we know best. In today's episode I discuss how we give our power away what we can do to start gaining our own trust back and how our intuition best serves us.
